Embark on a journey of API Management Maturity
The challenges that enterprises face who have just started developing API's are different from those that have already established a living, breathing API Ecosystem. Yet both must focus on first creating and then maintaining an API culture. How do you communicate best practices around design, versioning, standardisation and lifecycle policies to a wide audience within your company? And how do you convince business owners and management of adopting API tools and platforms that allow fast proliferation of API's? In this talk, I would like to elaborate on the challenges I have seen companies in different industries face and solutions that were adopted. The latter ranging from establishing comprehensive API Platforms, to API communities that include guilds and advocates.
